30-Day Sacred Dietas with

the Yawanawá Villages

Live among indigenous villages in complete isolation, deep in the rainforest, and undergo a traditional Samakei diet. A powerful month of purification, prayer, plant medicine, and spiritual study. Guided by respected Yawanawá leaders, this experience is a doorway to healing, self-discovery, and communion with the wisdom of the forest.

Three Dietas Offerings

We offer three distinct Yawanawá dietas, each providing a transformative journey

  1. The Samakei Diet in Mutum is a deep dive into Yawanawá spirituality, guided by prayers and strict dietary rules.
  2. The 30-Day Diet in Amparo focuses on structured plant-based purification and cultural teachings led by an experienced spiritual leader.
  3. Yawaraní Village Diet blends ancient healing practices with deep personal introspection, guided by the village elder Pai Nani.

About the Diet

What is the 30-day diet

A dieta is a profound spiritual commitment within Indigenous traditions.

For 30 days, you enter isolation, embracing a highly restricted diet plan and sacred plant ceremonies, including Ayahuasca, Hapé, Sananga, and Kambo.

In this deeply introspective time, you explore your own spirituality, learn the history and wisdom of the Yawanawá, and engage in sacred chants and music.

Guided personally by a shaman, you embark on a transformative journey of healing, self-awareness, and connection to the spirit world.
