VivacreReTreat is a registered Community Interest Company (C.I.C.), founded with a core principle: all profits from our retreats are dedicated to empowering and supporting indigenous communities in their vital work of preserving and protecting their lands, traditions, and wisdom.

We offer our support in deep gratitude for the invaluable lessons and guidance they continuously provide. Despite the many challenges posed by modern society, which unfortunately impact the lives of countless indigenous peoples, they continue to offer us invaluable opportunities to learn, grow, and reconnect with the Earth.

For this, we are profoundly grateful. Viva CReTreat would not exist without the substantial input and guidance of our indigenous partners, and we remain committed to honoring them as central collaborators in our retreats, always seeking their counsel and support.

We believe it is essential to provide a platform for people to learn directly from indigenous leaders from around the world. We recognize that indigenous communities are the frontline protectors of our planet’s biodiversity, and we are acutely aware of the impacts of climate change and natural disasters on their lives. Without their knowledge and stewardship, we risk losing irreplaceable wisdom about living in harmony with nature, protecting vital ecosystems, and preserving Earth’s resources for future generations. Additionally, we face the risk of losing the cultural and spiritual richness of the traditions they carry.

In 2022, we achieved our first profit, allowing us to start making donations to some of the indigenous communities and organizations we are in relationship with.

Below, you can learn about some of the remarkable projects we have supported so far. This has been made possible by retreat profits, fundraisers, and by allocating 50% of our ticket sales booking fees toward these efforts.
